Leader Hu Jintao along with other senior leaders attended a dent ceremony for that 4th Unprivileged Art Festival of China in the Beijing National Stadium.
Also present in the event were Wen Jiabao, Jia Qinglin and Li Changchun, all people from the Standing Committee from the Political Bureau from the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee.
Just before Tuesday night’s performances, Hu along with other senior leaders met with reps for that entertainers, including famous folk artists from ethnic regions, in addition to individuals originating from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
Hu advised the performers to carry on to do for that mainstream theme of ethnic oneness and progress making more contributions toward the wealth and growth and development of minority art.
A playbill for that opening ceremony incorporated dance performances, singing, acrobatics along with other types of ethnic art.
The festival has been collectively backed through the Condition Ethnic Matters Commission, the Secretary of state for Culture, the Condition Administration of Radio, Film and tv and also the Beijing municipal government.
A lot more than 6,700 ethnic entertainers will have fun playing the festival, that will last from June 7 to This summer 6.
